Sending us your details through this site is not a job application, and we do not treat it as one. There is no role attached to it, no decision gets made about it, and nobody is assessing you against a vacancy. It goes onto a list of people who told us they would like to work here.

When a role does open, we look at that list first. Being on it is genuinely useful and it is why the form exists. But it is not an application, it does not put you in a process, and you should not read silence as a decision — there was nothing to decide.

We keep what you send us for a period set out in our privacy notice. You can ask us to remove you from the list at any time.

This site is not the authoritative list of our open roles, and we would rather say that than let you find out the hard way.

Roles are posted to our job board profile. That is where a live vacancy actually appears, and it is maintained as part of hiring rather than as part of a website. This page can fall behind it — somebody forgets, a role gets filled on a Friday, a listing goes up before anyone thinks about the marketing site.

So: check the job board, and treat it as the source of truth. If this site says nothing is open and the board says something is, the board is right.

The growth section of this site describes a job. It is a salaried operating role with responsibility for a region, carrying a written share of the profit the stores in that region make. The share is paid by us out of the region's performance. Nobody is asked to buy anything, invest anything, or contribute capital at any point, and no part of the role is conditional on doing so.
